His Ma^tie. being informed that there are Severall N.Eng^d.
ships trading in Holland contrary to Law. hath therefore
sent the person who will deliver this to you. to try if they
can bee Seized. & therefore hath commanded me to recom-
mend him to you. that you may assist him with your
Creditt & Councell. in every thing relating to his Commission
of which hee will give you a perticular account. So
